Augers are available with center delivery for trailers of all lengths. The clearance
underneath auger system after installation is 14" on most trailers. The
hydraulic requirement is 15 G.P.M. with a 2500 P.S.I. bypass.
Unloading rate of the 8"auger system is approx. 40 bushels per
minute per auger, and for a 10" auger system 80 bushels per minute per auger.

The down spouts are attached to a 8" or
10" auger systems. This hopper auger system is mounted so that the
auger heads do not protrude past the side of the trailer.

This 5.9 cubic inch
hydraulic motor comes with a flow control valve to
regulate speed. .

The hopper augers are easily detached
by removing 5 bolts. The trap door can be opened to allow for easy
unloading at elevator.

Optional electric solenoids are
available with electric switch or wireless remote.
By not having to leave the top of the
air-seeder tank, the Michel's wireless remote truly makes filling an
air seeder a "One Man Operation" |
This system can be used as a transfer
auger in the fall. Unloading with both 8 "hopper augers" will keep
up to a 10"transfer auger, and running one 8"hopper auger will keep
up to an airseeder auger. Running two 10" hopper augers will
keep up to a 13"transferr auger. |

The hydraulic motor can be powered by
connecting in series with the existing hydraulic line on the air-seeder
auger,
or off a wet kit on the semi tractor unit |

augers is 250 lbs vs. aluminum at
175 lbs. The weight of steel
10" hopper augers is 400 lbs vs aluminum
at 250lbs. The specially designed gearboxes have a shaft
angle and ball bearings to provide years of dependable service. |
