Standard Specifications:
The rear tension adjustment is
simple and easy to use.
A 1/4" steel aircraft cable is used
with pulleys to open and close the tarpaulin system, eliminating the
need of a track.
A PVC slider is mounted on the
underside of each end of the tarp bow to reduce friction allowing
the bows to glide easy.
No tie downs, which means no
wasted time.
Bows and tarp are self-contained
and move together.
Standard bow height is 12". This
enables the tarp to be stored clear of heaped loads and remains
stored until further needed.
The tarp material is secured to
the bows at 30" centers.
A stainless steel front shaft
instead of a painted shaft makes bearing installation easier and
reduces corrosion.
The last bow, pulls or pushes the
other bows when opening or closing.
Center lock clips are used to
secure the tarp material to the trailer wall to prevent
billowing.
Special locking device to secure
drive handles operated from the ground using a V belt.
These models are available for
trucks or semi-trailer units up to 48 ft. in length. |
