PROVEN TENSION CONTROL
- Extension springs along with beveled pulleys on both ends of the roll-tube apply constant and uniform pressure

RIDGEPOLE
- The ridgepole sewn into the tarp fabric is standard on all farm models and is optional for semi trailer units.



- Swivel crank handle allows for easy rolling of the tarp system,,,,,,,...
- Snap in style crank handle holders are used to hold the crank in the locked position
- Semi units can have a, front or rear crank that are either short or long depending on trailer requirements
- All units come with standard bolt on style tarp stops. Optional flip release tarp stops are available in 3" or 6" offset

ELECTRIC OPTIONS
A sealed electric motor, with a cover to shield it fromm the elements, is attached to an aluminum pivot arm used to rotate the roll-tube to open and close the tarp assembly.
The motor is operated by a rocker switch (from your cab or a WIRELESS REMOTE with a signal for up to 150 feet.

Tension Control is applied to front and rear of the Travel tarp using extension springs along with beveled pulleys to maintain a constant and uniform pressure to keep the tarp rolling evenly. Note: "ENVIRO" tarp has standard Load-Loc return on opposite end of crank assembly
The Travel tarp is mounted underneath the "ENVIRO" tarp so that it fits like a standard side rolling tarp system during hiway use. The "ENVIRO" tarp remains in the open position and secured in place for travel using a crank and lock assembly. The "ENVIRO"tarp incorporates the use of loading holes for dust containment. The number of loading holes can vary depending on length of trailer. The "ENVIRO" tarp assembly is lifted over the Travel tarp and locked under the aluminum flange during loading.
When the "ENVIRO" tarp is in the open position and the Travel tarp is in the closed position the two tarps are locked in place using two individual crank assemblies.
Double layer of fabric is standard on edges of tarp fabric

"ENVIRO" tarp is mounted underneath the travel tarp. Both tarps in closed position for travel.

Tension control
Tension is applied to the ends of the roll tube opposite end of the crank assemblies
Incorporates two "Load-Loc" returms consisting of a nylon rope and spring inserted inside a roll tube
The loading tarp "ENVIRO" is mounted underneath the travel tarp allowing it to fit like a regular side rolling tarp system
Both tarp systems can be locked into place with the use of a crank assembly and locking flange
The loading "ENVIRO" has holes that aid in dust containment. The number of loading holes depends on trailer length.

Crank assemblies can either be installed on the front or the rear of the trailers
19 oz. PVC is used for the tarp fabcric with reinforced edges on all sides
Hoods/Endcaps are designed to accommodate fibreglass rods

The Ultra-Flip tarp system contains all the features of the Econo-Flip tarp system plus the following:
TOP MOUNTED CRANK SYSTEM
- Fastens directly to the roll tube end.
- Has similar ratchet safety system as bottom crank system that does not require roller chain.
-Five types of fabrics - Neoprene ( black ), 22 oz Vinyl (red, white, blue, black) Mesh (red, blue, green, black) Asphalt(tan only) .19 oz Vinyl (16 colors)
- Roller Chain - Stainless Steel or Hydro




FEATURES


An aluminum checker plate wind deflector comes standard on all DURA-FLIP systems. Forged aluminum elbows together with the extruded aluminum arms create superior strength and corrosion resistance.
A plated Lower chain driven crank assembly provides positive traction to reduce operating time.
Aluminum arms are stronger than steel and are the most durable on the market.
An enclosed Helical Torsion Spring is attached to the aluminum arm on bothe sides of the trailer providing equal resistance and tension during operation.
Fabric available are: 19 oz. Vinyl (16colors), 22 oz. vinyl ( red,white, blue, black), Ashalt (tan), Neoprene (Black), Mesh (Red Green Blue, Black)
OPTIONAL ELECTRIC DRIVE
A direct drive 12V or 24V motor, depending on your exiating electrical system) is offered as an option.
The Direct Drive system can include an optional lower chain drive crank assembly for back up.
The Electric sytetem can be operated by using a rotary switch or wireless remote.



- No tie downs, which means no wasted time.
- Bows and tarp are self-contained and move together
- Standard bow height is 12". This enables the tarp to be stored clear of heaped loads and remains stored until further needed.
- The tarp fabric is secured to the bows at 30" centres.
- The rear tension adjustment is simple and easy to use.
- A 1/4" steel aircraft cable is used with pulleys to open and close the tarpaulin system.
- A PVC slider is mounted on the underside od each end of the tarp bows to reduce friction.
- Specially designed lock clips are used to secure tarp fabric assembly to the trailer wall to prevent billowing.
